When will my orders be delivered?

Every single product that you purchase from us, will be handmade and shipped promptly! All products ship from our production facility within 2 – 3 business days of your order. Custom Orders take 3 – 7 days to make it before it is shipped out.
Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number right away and keep you posted on the package shipment progress.

Currently we ship all our products from our facility in China and working on setting up new facility in US region for quicker/expedited shipping process!

Shipping time

– Customers understand and accept that the stated delivery time frame of 15-25 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

– Please keep in mind the shipping time to the overseas states such as PR (Puerto Rico), HI (Hawaii), and AK (Alaska) will take 30-60 business days. Please do not choose and pay for the Fast shipping option for this state.

– We provide a link to track all of our shipments. Please use the tracking link to check on the status of your delivery.

Please note:

  1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the United States with the Standard shipping method (“days” here is “business days”)
  2. The vast majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
  3. Deliveries may be delayed slightly due to unanticipated delivery difficulties with our suppliers and delivery firms. Please accept our apologies for any trouble this may give you.
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

FAQ:

  • Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

– We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

  • How to Check/Track order status?

– If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

– You can check the status of your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

– If you have any questions about your orders, please contact Customer Service at [store_email].

  • I never received my package, what should I do?

– Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

– For United States orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 15 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 15 days and tracking data is showing, please be patient and wait for the delivery to arrive.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Sometimes customers get concerned because their tracking status has not been updated for 5 – 10 days since it said it was leaving customs, or processed in a parcel center. 

This is perfectly normal, it means your item is now on board a shipping transport. Our couriers don’t update the tracking status once the package is on board a transport ship (because there is not really much to update). 

The tracking will only be updated when USPS picks up the parcel from the ship to deliver it to you locally in the US. This can take 2 – 5- days.

If it hasn’t updated, it just means it is still on the ship on its way to you. It will get there, our NON-Express delivery service might take a few days, but delivers our parcels with great consistency.

If you are still concerned with your order, send us an email and we will be happy to take a look and give you a detailed status update.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What about special holidays such as Christmas?

Due to a high volume of orders placed during the holiday season (especially Christmas), shipping times are usually longer than usual. Orders that are placed on or after December 1st will NOT be delivered by Christmas (December 25th). Please keep this in mind as you order your products from our store. 

NOTE: Shipping times may take slightly longer during peak times (Christmas, End of year). Thank you again for being patient with us!

We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

How do I return a product purchased at this site?

How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?

A: Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request of exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you.

Will I have to pay any additional fee for the exchange or refund?

A: It depends. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, but the fault are not caused by us, you should pay for the shipping fee and the reshipping fee for item exchange. If you request for a refund, the initial shipping is not refundable. But if factual proof that fault were caused by us, we would take a full responsibility and would not charge any additional
